This policy explains what information Sanatan Hindu International Help Centre (R) ("the trust") collects through this website and how it is used.
What we collect
When you make an offering we collect your name, mobile number, email address and city, and optionally your Gotra, Nakshatra and family names for the Sankalpa. If you ask for an 80G receipt we also collect your PAN and address. When you send a message we collect the details you enter in the form.
Card, UPI and bank details are entered on the secure page of our payment partner, Razorpay. The trust never sees or stores them.
How we use it
- To issue and email your donation receipt
- To include your Gotra and names in the Sankalpa during the temple rituals
- To inscribe the names of eligible donors on the temple's donor name plate, unless you choose to stay anonymous
- To meet our legal and tax reporting obligations, including reporting of 80G donations
- To send occasional updates about the temple, which you can ask us to stop at any time
Sharing
We do not sell or rent your information. It is shared only with our payment partner to process your payment, with tax authorities where the law requires, and with the trust's auditors.
Your choices
